A Client Support Representative works as part of a team to execute specific projects on behalf of our clients. You will support our client by calling business owners to influence and educate them on our client's product offerings in order to enable the sales of our client. Although it is a calling position, we are definitely NOT a call center environment! It is non-commissioned, but bonuses are available.

*Due to COVID, we all currently work remotely. If you want to continue to work remotely, that's an option depending on your location.

Requirements

  • You must have a fearless approach in contacting business partners on behalf of our clients
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word)
  • A positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Flexible - ability to work with changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Phone-based customer service / support experience is a plus!
  • SalesForce experience is a plus
  • Must be a fluent speaker of both Portuguese and English - verbal and written
