Description

Our Strategic Accounts are the most important customers of Sinch. They generate a a significant portion of our revenues and represent the strongest opportunities for Sinch to grow business based on our, engagement, commitment and the quality of service we deliver. To continue building the VIP team serving these customers, we are hiring a Senior Solution Consultant Strategic Accounts. Reporting into the Head of Innovation and Strategic Solutions, the Solutions Consultant is responsible for interfacing directly with all our most important clients, present Sinch solutions to customer opportunties and to form customers requirements as a basis for input to Sinch Product Management. Working alongside and supporting the individual Account Teams, the Solutions Consultant will act as the communication and translation ‘bridge’ between customer requirements and the Sinch Product and Development teams for all of our products. The aim is to improve accuracy in the overall Sinch understanding of what the customer opportunities entail and deliver improved quality and speed into the client. Where possible you will steer the requirements away from ‘bespoke’ development and into features and functionality already available or ones the wider client base will benefit from.

The role requires a minimum 5 years of experience in in a similar role, likely working with or for a big tech company. You will have vast experience working directly with large clients, and in a similar field is desirable but not essential. You will quickly gain a broad knowledge of the Sinch products and run technical meetings independently. You will as part of a wider virtual team and be successful in ensuring the clients requirements map against our existing portfolio and influence the product and development where necessary. A self-starter requiring a minimum of supervision is expected, as well as a candidate used to working in a fast paced, fast changing environment. Working as part of the customer facing team to deliver a best in class service and driving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and conducting needs assessment and requirement gathering
  • Collaborate with the Account Teams in providing technical, product and market expertise
  • Act as the ‘trusted advisor’ for Sinch current and emerging solutions within accounts and identify and drive business development opportunites for Sinch alongside the Account Teams
  • Coordinate internally with the appropriate Product Managers and Development teams to ensure the requirements are conveyed, understood, priortized and delivered
  • Ensure we are embedded within the clients in building strong relationships through innovation
  • Work with the Project Manager to ensure all requirements are documented, agreed and delivered
  • Prioritise to meet and exceed clients needs
  • Work with third parties/vendors where applicable
