If this sounds like you, Saxony Partners is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will work to create internal operational efficiencies within our delivery organization. You will have the opportunity to drive your expertise to build strategies, processes, and efficiencies while working in a professional consulting environment.
Requirements
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Implement Saxony Partners Delivery Excellence by creating processes to be followed by all
- Design processes to streamline procedures and increase efficiencies
- Document processes and create SOP’s for Delivery team
- Provide training for the Delivery team
- Assume day-to-day responsibility for projects and tasks, communicating effectively and timely
- Serves as subject matter expert for Saxony’s Delivery department including client delivery as well as internal operational processes
- Ensures staffing across practices is maintained, meeting operational metrics
- Review and approve hours for contractor invoices.
- Ensures internal consultants are billing appropriate hours according to the contract
- Offering recommendations for Delivery’s hiring needs then partners with Recruiting to acquire talent
- Ensure client project deliverables are met
- Act as single point of contact for new Delivery team members ensuring consistent training of Saxony protocols and processes are provided
- Complete operational audits and provide Practice Leadership outlier reports for performance management and accountability
- Creates and maintains dashboards for Delivery leaders to review on a weekly/monthly/quarterly and annual basis
- Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with Delivery Leader
- Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence and maintaining electronic files

- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
