About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Success Associate who will assist our Partner Success Managers to support our rapidly growing community of University customers succeed. You will operationally support accounts in alignment with the PSM to fulfill the messaging goals of each partner. You will use a deep knowledge of the EdSights product to support and ensure a successful implementation for each new account as well as as offering continued operational support. The Partner Success Associate role is a dynamic one, that requires a high level of personal organization and efficiency. This role also offers a great opportunity for growth as it will prepare you to take on the client facing responsibilities of a Partner Success Manger. Partner Success Associates will be exposed to every side of the business, from sales to engineering, making this a unique opportunity for you to holistically experience how a business is scaled - from startup to growth phase.

People-facing responsibilities

  • Work with Partner Success Managers to ensure successful implementation process for each client as well as maintain continued support of partners beyond initial implementation
  • Support Partner Success Managers by having a deep understanding of each university relationship and own the daily operations of each account
  • Become an expert on EdSights’ product suite and methodology, whether it’s aiding trainings for customers with functionality or explaining the why behind certain data
  • Maintain and own messaging strategy for each partner including the ability to draft and brainstorm creative texting campaigns.

Non-people facing responsibilities

  • Develop custom chatbot conversations to support students as they navigate their way through college
  • Help partner institutions with data uploads, student resources, and calibration of our retention framework
  • Compile reports for university partners and analyze institutional data to create presentable materials for University administrations.
  • Help with the creation of marketing materials and documenting partner success stories through case studies, blog posts, and more
