The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined marketing, partnerships, events, social media, and digital marketing strategy to drive new patient acquisition, education around fertility treatments, ongoing patient relationship management programs, and brand awareness for Spring. This role will be critical in positioning Spring Fertility as the leading clinic for fertility treatments across the country.

The Brand Marking Manager is natural leader. One who adds significant value to the work of managing a brand, lighting up a team environment and leading others through influence and impact. A highly motivated, curious individual; who can add imagination amp; fresh ideas to the brand marketing efforts; loves solving complex puzzles; and one who brings an engaged, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to execute flawlessly, with endless optimism and a desire to learn. This person is a creative but metrics-driven individual with an acute understanding of the Spring brand voice and especially, how we speak to our patients struggling with infertility.

Responsibilities include:

In-Clinic Marketing amp; Programming

  • Work with marketing leadership and external partners to ensure that brand is being properly operationalized in-clinic with regards to our fertility patient population (including LGBTQ+) this includes print collateral, complementary products, patient gifting, etc.
  • Develop innovative programming to improve overall fertility patient experience and drive patient referral volume
  • Work closely with Strategic Accounts Manager and Clinical team members to develop patient amp; provider educational materials

Partnerships amp; Events

  • Create and execute on an event calendar in accordance with overall brand calendar
  • Curate brand partnership opportunities with the goal of improving brand awareness and equity among Spring’s target audience
  • Track ROI for events and brand partnerships to make recommendations for future strategy
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape, and make recommendations, especially related to the return of in-person and hybrid educational events and promotional campaigns

Digital Marketing amp; Social Media Campaign Creation

  • Work closely with creative team to develop campaigns to drive brand awareness and new fertility patient acquisition, specifically for LGBTQ+ patients
  • Consistent testing to optimize ROI, targeting, bid strategies, and creative; clearly communicate performance, strategy, and vision to key partners
  • Provide monthly social media recaps including suggestions and recommendations to optimize traffic and engagement going forward
  • Create content for partner blog, IVF Explained to provide educational resources for prospective and current patients

Preferred Experience

  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, with an emphasis on communication, digital and/ or event marketing.
  • Candidate must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area or New York City.
