A day in the life

  • Manage a portfolio of complex client relationships
  • Acting as the project manager, main POC for client interactions
  • Facilitates post-mortems to identify process optimization opportunities, improve sales positioning of services, and overall project management gaps that may exist.
  • Contributes to the clients growth and lead conversion strategy
  • Aiding or directly accountable for SOWs, tracking and reporting project deliverables, and managing schedules
  • Defining milestones for success in conjunction with the client and internal teams
  • Identifying, leading, and facilitating expansion discussions
  • Maintaining a 75% client renewal rate
  • Contributing to the success of Professional Services CSAT/KPIs
  • Collaborating with global dispersed teams
  • Understanding of how the Professional Services group prioritizing margin, capacity, and revenue to drive Postclick business results
  • Has the ability to make decision and take actions in the face of demanding client situations
  • Makes a visible effort to become a subject matter expert and builds trust with aligned clients

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience consulting or managing digital advertising strategy
  • Previous experience in project management and agency environment
  • Design, Implementation, and Strategic Agency experience (asset)
  • Expert communications and relationship management experience
  • Very detail oriented
  • Familiarity with PSA, PM, and business management tools (asset)
