Working initially from home and then within our Austin headquarters, relocation is not covered -- you’ll provide clients with our best-in-class solutions, backed by our 20-year track record of success to homebuilders. Growth potential is high!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide builders across the nation with digital tools to attract, engage and convert home shoppers
- Leverage high-quality prospect lists
- Use and tweak scripts based on customer response, changing market conditions, and results
- Track prospects in our CRM and other toolsets
- Create and present sales proposals
- Interact directly with prospects via phone, video email, and online conference calls using a leading screen-sharing platform
- Learn our products and the market needs for each
- Help homebuyers find the home of their dreams
- A top Inside Sales Rep with the skills and aptitude to manage others could also be considered for a possible future Inside Sales Manager role
Requirements
- Familiar with sales mechanics and process
- Strong, clear communication skills on the phone and via platforms such as Zoom, Go-to-Meeting and Microsoft Teams
- Experience in demo-based sales
- Eager to track and manage KPIs
- Organized, numbers driven, and deadline focused
- Competitive: view performance as a scoreboard
- Care passionately about client success
- Real estate or construction resume not required, but do have to be a star performer. We’ll give you knowledge training.
- Cover Intro is not required, though very helpful.
