GROUNDFLOOR is looking for a senior frontend developer to join our growing UI team. We’re looking for a developer who blurs the line between developer and designer. Are you unsure if developer or designer is the best word to describe what you do? We should talk. Do you like Vue? Great! We’re big fans too. Some people say we’re the best Vue shop in town. Given, those people are mostly us, but we’re super cool so you should take our word for it.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about both code and design, and shares our belief that a good frontend developer needs to have one foot in both of those worlds. We believe in fostering the personal growth of our developers, and we’re looking to grow for people who want to follow their curiosity, learn and evolve. We’re a small team doing creative work and making big things happen. Being able to collaborate with empathy, humility and respect is essential for everyone on our team, and we look for candidates who have soft skills to make amazing work happen.
As senior dev on our team, you’ll be handling a wide variety of tasks, ranging from design-heavy work dreaming up new public-facing pages to making sure small details work flawlessly for our customers. You’ll work closely with other team members who can help you learn the ropes and you’ll have a chance to use bleeding edge frontend techniques in a real world environment.
Our team is headquartered in Atlanta but, like many teams these days, we’re not sure if we’ll ever return to traditional office life. We’ve always been open to fully remote workers and this position is open to folks across the US. We love to see applicants from the local area and folks near the eastern time zone.
