The Director of Business Operations will be directly responsible for successfully operationalizing and integrating new service offerings brought to life through partnerships and acquisitions, and will report to the SVP of Operations. Spring Health is launching its Business Operations Team and is committed to finding its exceptional and long-term leader. The ideal candidate has a proven track record working within or alongside health systems and experience in high-growth startup environments. We are seeking an entrepreneurial operator and leader with a deep passion for improving access to high-quality mental healthcare delivered in a compassionate and precise manner. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that will require a high degree of autonomy, collaboration and comfort with ambiguity.
What you'll be doing:
-Be responsible for the implementation, operationalization and management of new service offerings with a member-first approach.-Building and leading a new department at Spring Health from the ground up-Work cross-functionally and strategically with Business Development, Care Operations, Health Plan Operations, Partnership Success, Product, Data Science, Medical Affairs and the Executive Team to achieve shared success and impact-Define, own and deliver on success metrics for new product offerings via third-party partnerships-Collaborate with Business Development regularly to inform and refine growth opportunities that Spring Health is uniquely equipped to pursue-Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Partnership Success to drive the creation and effective utilization of collateral to effectively drive and retain revenue
