Job Description
We are looking for a creative, hard-working and energized individual to join our team as a Business Operations Intern. In this role, you will help to expand our Reporting amp; Analytics capacity and be a key part of preparing sales performance data as part of business planning. This position will report into the Global Business Operations team and will have an opportunity to work cross-functionally across many department and numerous aspects of the business.The Business Operations team works in a high-speed, fast-paced environment, within a rapidly growing enterprise. This environment will provide opportunities to learn, grow and achieve personal development goals. It will also provide the candidate autonomy to problem solve and find solutions with minimum managerial oversight.What you’ll do:· Assist with the calculation of Sales and company operations metrics, dashboards and reports· Support daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly operational reporting and executive dashboards· Analyze monthly operational results, understanding the key variance drivers and providing actionable insights to senior management.· Extract data (from a variety of sources including BI systems and SalesForce.com) and perform detailed data analysis on internal processes and productivity.· Assist with data clean-up and trending in preparation for FY22 business planning· Perform ad-hoc analysis around sales performance, as neededWhat you’ll bring:· Current undergraduate student pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field· Desire to leverage data and analytics to drive business insight· Experience with managing and coordinating projects simultaneously· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment· An energetic and can-do attitude· Must be able to use discretion with confidential informationBridger Culture:
