Why We're HiringNTWRK is looking for Brand Relationship Specialist to support the merchandising team in delivering the NTWRK audience a curated shopping experience made up of exclusive products from aspirational brands, artists, and personalities.What You'll Do
  • Develop new strategies for retention activities.
  • Respond to partner queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
  • Track contracts with aged partners that haven’t scheduled a show in recent weeks.
  • Develop product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Explain to customers new products, features and benefits.
  • Make sales calls to existing customers for business growth.
  • Perform customer negotiations and reach a fair conclusion from both business and customer perspectives.
  • Handle finances and invoice processing.
  • Collect results and contribute to marketing operations.
  • Identify key customer profiles and develop specific short-term and long-term product strategies to serve them
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and internal management systems as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the industry
Who You Are
  • Deep knowledge of B2B marketing.
  • Substantial experience in marketing, campaigning, e-commerce
  • Proven experience in sales or customer loyalty development from a customer-centric organization
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior negotiating and influencing skills
  • Adaptive to fast-paced and fast-changing environments
  • A no task is too small attitude and the endurance to consistently deliver world-class customer experiences without exception
  • Strong people skills you are friendly, empathetic, a good listener, and you’re invigorated by constant personal interaction
  • You're a team player who works well with a wide range of personalities and is ready to contribute to an awesome team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
