Every day you will leverage your ability in areas such as liability management, environmental accounting, environmental data management, business intelligence, management reporting, and workflow automation.

Requirements

Customer Success at ENFOS aims to help our customers achieve their business goals by implementing, sustaining, and leveraging the power of the ENFOS SaaS application. To this end, ENFOS invests in a dedicated Customer Success team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and value generation. Customer Success team members also engage internally with Sales, Technical Services, and Software Engineering.

As an Account Manager, you are the primary customer-facing role responsible for customer success and retention through strong relationships, insights, project delivery, and ENFOS SaaS solutions. The customers’ successful adoption and productive use of ENFOS, our business priority, from implementation to sustainment will be your number one charge. You will report to the Director, Customer Success. Preferred candidates will have environmental remediation domain expertise in addition to strong data management skills.

What responsibilities you can expect:

  • Plan and deliver ENFOS implementation projects as the lead project manager with team members.
  • Proactively manage assigned customer accounts including relationships, contracts, revenues, strategies, priorities, and communications.
  • Engage closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Become an ENFOS solution expert including the ability to prepare and perform demos, value propositions, and proposals.
  • Opportunities to support the ENFOS product roadmap, feature design, testing, and to take on module Product Owner roles.
  • Provide environmental remediation domain expertise in areas such as environmental data management, business intelligence, and project lifecycle management.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience working in the environmental remediation, EMIS, EHS, or related area
  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business or equivalent working experience
  • Some business travel is required
  • ENFOS software experience is a plus
