As the Product Manager - Solutions Architect, you'll apply critical responsibilities to play an essential role in defining the customer solution, identify requirements, influence our design and driving our product strategy.

• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams. You will be the main point of contact for senior leadership across both functions and new product lines.
• Ensure customer requirements are well understood and documented throughout the sales and implementation process, and aligned with Engineering expectations
• Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity, providing input amp; feedback to different company departments
• Establish and track product KPI’s for both our product performance and customer value
• Mentor engineers within the company by providing architecture decisions and customer constraints
• Develop our product feature roadmap, partnering with customer, sales and engineering teams
• Manage and execute the intake process for new product requirements
• Contribute to projects as well - we are looking for a hands on product manager who is excited to also work on our interesting challenges anywhere from internal data pipelines to API architecture design
• Identify and implement process-improvement opportunities
• Lead from the front with a willingness to get hands dirty
• Clearly articulate our Phantom’s product offering value and identify market differentiating factors that helps drive customer adoption
• Partner with Marketing to determine marketing content and messaging
• Establish and maintain a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations

Requirements

• 5+ years in a strategic product management role, with deep expertise in software solutions to businesses
• Domain expertise amp; knowledge in the streaming and cloud sectors or Industrial vehicle sector
• Experience defining and launching new products
• Past experience amp; readiness to work in a dynamic start-up environment combined with hands-on, entrepreneurial attitude with deep passion for emerging technologies
• Strong verbal, presentation, written communication, and listening skills
• Proven negotiator that can articulate value to multiple stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Work experience within Cloud, Streaming or Autonomous driving solutions are a plus.
• Willingness to travel
