Job Description

ActionIQ is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) built to help modern marketers transform customer experiences by giving them access to 100% of their detailed customer behavior data. We are looking to hire a recruiter to help us attract top talent on the non-Engineering side of the business. As ActionIQ’s first non-technical recruiter, you will use data and creativity to attract talent in order to help our hiring managers build high performing, inclusive teams. We are looking for someone who has recruited for tech startups in a full-cycle capacity, and who has solid knowledge of the competitive landscape.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate in a full-cycle recruiting capacity, including sourcing for our Field and Business teams (Marketing, Sales, Customer Engagement, etc.)
  • Build and maintain a strong network of diverse candidates through multiple channels of engagement
  • Align with hiring managers to successfully drive the recruiting process and serve as a consultant and advisor on recruiting and industry trends
  • Continue to build on our reputation of providing an excellent candidate experience
  • Partner with leaders to promote our employer brand
  • Collaborate with our People Operations team to manage our Applicant Tracking System

Requirements

  • Preference for 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, with a proven track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience in the Tech startup space
  • A strong network from which to source candidates that extends beyond LinkedIn
  • Data and process-driven mindset
  • Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
  • Passion for building pipeline and strong closing skills

It’s a Plus if You Have:

  • MarTech-specific experience
  • Prior experience developing and delivering interview training to hiring teams
  • Led/worked on projects focused on employer brand development
