We’re looking for call center sales representatives who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must. Our goal is to provide the best applicable solutions to help grow a customer’s business while adding valuable services. Successful sales representatives will contact current business customers and perform an account review to upgrade existing equipment, add new lines of service and provide business application solutions.

Requirements
- 1 plus years of sales experience or call center experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- Knowledge of Wireless, Telecom and Data products preferred
- High School Diploma required, Bachelors preferred
