Job Description

Our intelligent applications and solutions redefine how dispatchers, first responders, and other public safety personnel work, increasing productivity and reducing error - ultimately saving lives.

Our company is looking for an Inside Sales Lead to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.

The duties of your new full-time position include but are not limited to:

  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Understand and clearly articulate the product and service to the customer
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify and target strategic new prospects that would accelerate territory growth
  • Assist with the construction of an inside sales team, as well as train, coach, motivate, and manage members of the team to improve individual results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
  • Experience in technology sales with a focus on lead generation.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in G Suite preferred.
  • Can-do attitude and able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
