The role (what you’ll do):

Our Partner Success team sits within the Revenue Organization of Dext. A Partner Success Consultant’s (PSC) core responsibility is to ensure that our Partners (Accountants and Bookkeepers) and their Customers are delighted, engaged, and effectively using Dext at all levels to ensure their success, and ours

In order to be successful in this role, you need to have at least 2 years of customer-facing experience and consider yourself an agent of change. You are motivated by solving problems for your customers and being their champion throughout their Dext journey, especially when it means challenging them.

  • Develop detailed expertise in the Dext suite of products
  • Effectively educating customers on how to both use and implement the Dext suite of products across their practice and client base
  • Deliver consultative calls with Accounting and Bookkeeping customers - advising customers on best practices when implementing Dext while also challenging customers on behaviors that may prohibit successful implementation. This will be across a Partners entire journey with us, not just at the beginning!
  • Create and execute adoption plans that empower customers to implement Dext's suite of products across their practice
  • Conduct 1:many training sessions for our customer base to a very high standard
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, sharing feedback from partners on level of service, experience with the product, etc.
  • Proactively reach out to our Customer base on a daily basis
  • Working towards and achieving your monthly quotas and KPI’s
  • Partnering with marketing and operations to continue to evolve the customer experience and journey

About you (what we are looking for):

  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience
  • Experience working towards targets/ quotas
  • Desirables: Experience with Accounting Softwares desired (Quickbooks, Sage, Xero etc.)
  • Accounting industry practice knowledge/experience desired
  • Experience working with other SaaS platforms desired
  • Motivated by KPI and target driven roles
  • Highly motivated, driven, ambitious
  • Tenacious, confident, enthusiastic
  • Conversational, personable, optimistic, inquisitive
  • Curious, helpful, thoughtful, innovative, adaptable
