Job Description
Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Shipping/Receiving associate is responsible for the receiving and shipment of finished goods. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect.
Responsibilities
- Receives finished goods from loading area and performs quality checks including communicating with office
- Key receiving data into warehouse management system to create pallet tags for movement to active inventory
- Organizes and maintains finished goods/work orders and other components in receiving/shipping staging areas
- Use hand-jacks to move finished goods from loading area to receiving and from packing to shipping
- Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
- Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
- Performs other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 1+ year experience in a warehouse environment with hand-jacks
- Experience with Microsoft office and warehouse management system
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours
- Flexibility for overtime when needed
- Must be able to read/write English
- Ability to work autonomously and use resources available to complete tasks timely
