What you’ll be responsible for:

Reporting to the SVP/GM of the Americas, this is a senior-level position for someone capable of scaling Crypto.com’s Enterprise Sales business in the Americas. This hunter will be tasked with increasing company revenues through prospecting and developing relationships with new customer revenue opportunities, and liaising between the customer and internal cross-functional support structure i.e. product, compliance, legal, implementation, and account management teams.

You will work with all facets of Crypto.com leadership and key stakeholders to develop and execute a comprehensive Sales Plan and go-to-market strategy:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong executive relationships with key decision makers in the top Marketplaces, Fintechs, Crypto Platforms, Direct Selling, and other large enterprises in the Americas
  • Cultivating a team culture that is extremely high integrity, collaborative, customer-focused, metrics-driven, fast-paced, and optimistic
  • Identifying and coordinating the development of new programs, resources, and capabilities required to close new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets in the region
  • Regular reporting and strong communication (written and oral) skills, project management, marketing communication, working with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of selling Fintech, banking, payments, and/or financial services products
  • Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling business applications or related technology in the B2B or B2C sector; Aptitude for financial software products
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Professional and technical knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and win multi-million dollar revenue deals with a C-level audience
  • Excellent pipeline management and revenue forecasting abilities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Finally, you enjoy building at the earliest stages.
