We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and collaborative leader to run and grow our face-to-face campaigns in Washington DC, and join us in our mission to be a force for good.

At DialogueDirect, we are dedicated to being the best in the world, but most importantly the best for the world. As the premier Face-to-Face fundraising organization in the USA, we are working to change the way America gives and transform the world through daily conversations. Our team engages with everyday people across the country and inspires them to do extraordinary things.

We are a Certified B Corp and work in partnership with amazing charities like ChildFund International, Plan International, Save the Children, The Humane Society of the United States, and the World Wildlife Fund, as well as companies that share our values and make a positive impact like Too Good To Go.

We believe that making the greatest possible impact requires strong leadership, hard work, and commitment to our core values of Community, Integrity, and Opportunity.

Our team:

Our culture thrives because of our team. Team members come from all backgrounds and age ranges, contributing incredibly diverse life experiences to the team. What they all have in common is that they’re passionate and hard-working individuals, with an absolute commitment to succeed. Most importantly, they understand that it’s by showing up and doing our best every single day, that we can make the greatest impact possible and achieve our goals (whether these are cause-driven, financial, growth and career progression or travel opportunities).

In return, we invest in each fundraiser and enable their professional development by focusing on training, mentoring, coaching and continually supporting them so they can reach their highest potential.

Your role:

Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the successful implementation, oversight and leadership of fundraising campaigns, focusing on efficiency, continuous improvement and always leading by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance: Meet and exceed personal and team fundraising goals with daily field time in high-traffic locations. Manage performance effectively by leading from the front, communicating expectations clearly to the team and setting team members up for success. Achieve and maintain budgeted targets and KPIs (sign up average, gift average, total donors, donor age, annual/quarterly gifts, retention).
  • Team Building: Foster strong working relationships with team members, while inspiring and equipping fundraisers with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in their roles. Train new hires, coach and mentor team members and enable their growth. Execute and uphold DialogueDirect training structures and utilize ongoing development tools. Maintain a thorough understanding of the programs and campaigns of our partners to be able to effectively promote these to the teams. Participate and actively contribute in company-wide initiatives, national skill shares and meetings with the senior leadership team.
  • Leadership: Join teams on site to lead by example and provide support. Organize and run one-to-one and group meetings with the teams. Embody and champion DialogueDirect’s values and best practice at all times, and help identify ways to further improve our operations and maximize our impact. Ensure company policies, code of conduct and HR standards are upheld and monitored at all times. Review feedback received through welcome calls, charity complaints, mystery shopping etc, and implement quality control measures to correct issues.

*This is a base and performance related pay role (uncapped). The compensation listed above has been calculated based on meeting minimum performance requirements and is expected to grow considerably as the team grows.
