Due to continued success and growth, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our exciting high growth company. We want someone that is hardworking, self-motivated and reliable to join us as we continue to drive our business forward.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Working to define and execute a product's business vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging and all elements related to the business case for new features, modules amp; products
- Assist in building and managing a product roadmap to support company's goals and strategies
- Gathering inputs from stakeholders amp; marketplace and translating them into detailed technical requirements for Development Teams
- Project managing product development with a team of engineers and designers.
Requirements
What you'll need:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management
- Experience within Med-Tech, Payer or Healthcare sectors
- Proven success in delivering technology products/services in a high growth environment
- A creative approach to connecting customer feedback to product development
- A systematic thinker able to extract simplicity from complexity
- Experience designing and implementing large scale systems / products using cloud infrastructure
- Strong communication and verbal / written skills essential
Nice to haves:
- Technical background and experience working as a Developer
- Strong understanding of data and building client facing data stories
- Project Management Skills and a track record in successful project delivery
- Understanding principles of Agile/Scrum/Kanban
