General Description of Position:This is a crucial role to the success of the entire Agent Experience group at eXp Realty. The Agent Experience Project Coordinator will support the Agent Experience team mainly in the day to day operations that take place, but also will assist in short-term and long-term projects for the department. Extreme attention to detail, implementation of procedure, and thorough understanding of all of the processes we use will be paramount to the success of the Agent Experience Project Coordinator role. Job Duties Responsibilities:
  • Field incoming communications, scan emails, and answer appropriately
  • Delegate tasks outside of our scope of duties and coordinate a smooth handoff to the correct department or person
  • Schedule meetings, calls, events, reschedule conflicting appointments, set reminders and follow up
  • Review all team lead addenda, team member addenda, team commission addenda, and team contracts
  • Meet in-person/zoom to plan, strategize, update and accomplish daily tasks and projects
  • Take meeting notes, notate action plan/desired results, schedule a follow up meeting and share notes to appropriate team members as directed
  • Research and fact-find to prepare for meetings, make reports, strategize, etc
  • Assist with agent info searches, onboarding issues, broker/broker team issues, team leader assistance, team formation/severance, etc
  • Frequent direct communication with Director Agent Integration to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain and/or create reports and any other projects as assigned
  • Major events attendance and support
Education:
  • BA/BS in related field preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in executive-level support required
  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience and/or Google Suite required
  • Advanced Trello experience required
  • Advanced Mac and PC experience
  • Budgeting and expense report coordination experience required
  • Experience in providing excellent professional customer service including conflict resolution required
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience in coordinating events and group activities
