The Role
A Senior Delivery Lead at Two Bulls is critical to ensuring the success of the client, the team, and the engagement. This is a role that carefully balances short term delivery outcomes and long term capability building.
Your pivotal role at Two Bulls will be to
- Lead multiple cross-functional teams.
- Lead product discovery workshops as needed.
- Recognize and publicly celebrate teams and team members who embody our values and achieve desired outcomes aligned with our vision.
- Aid in building the Delivery Lead team through hiring, mentorship, and growing the current team.
- Understand client needs and align team member goals with those needs for increased engagement.
- Mentor other Delivery Leads as needed.
- Help clients build roadmaps and understand the value of vision-driven products.
- Promote a fun, highly collaborative team culture that fosters inclusivity.
- Provide agile coaching support to improve overall team performance across the Two Bulls organization.
We’re looking for people who:
- Have at least 5+ years as either a Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Software Project Manager.
- Know industry-standard digital agile tools but enjoy learning new tools and processes.
- Have extensive experience in working with clients in product development amp; consulting, with an understanding of what makes a digital product that is second to none.
- Have managed technically complex, and designerly products.
- Are experienced as a client-facing engagement or project manager, in an agile team context - in either consulting or product development contexts.
- Are experienced working with distributed teams and vendors, under a range of engagement models and delivery modes.
- Are remarkable communicators with internal and external stakeholders.
- Are interested in creating an environment where your team members are comfortable disagreeing with each other.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively.
- Additional experience in team coaching, business analysis, or experience design is highly regarded.
