As Olive continues to blaze a trail in AI and automation programs and solutions in the healthcare space, we are growing our team of Implementation Success Owners (ISOs) to drive solution deployment and implementation of a new Olive product, Olive Assures. ISOs have the technical aptitude to problem solve complex workflows in addition to stellar communication and project management skills necessary to deliver to customers. This role will be part of the product teams working with all of our customer implementations.


Olive Assures is an AI- enabled product that pays providers for care when it’s delivered. She eliminates the expensive and time consuming process of billing and collections. Currently, healthcare revenue cycle management requires providers to manage a cumbersome process to get paid for delivering care. Olive Assures uses predictive algorithms to transform this process and provide payment for care in real time. Olive Assures creates greater financial certainty and frees providers to focus on what matters most- improving the access and quality of care for patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as main point of contact to the customer during the deployment and implementation phase, coordinating with the customer and internal teams through detailed discovery, data acquisition, prioritization, build, testing and go live
  • Collaborate with the Olive Product teams to understand the Olive standard solutions and incorporate current best practices in our project planning and management
  • Work closely with internal teams on scoping and designing the solution
  • Contribute to our strategy for achieving project objectives, identifying the steps necessary to successfully achieve project milestones
  • Work with Product and Engineering teamsto effectively navigate hosting infrastructure, VM, credentials and security conversations during program initiation and throughout the life of the project
  • Facilitate daily task management including assist with customer communications, risk management/mitigation, testing scripts, issue logs, etc.
  • Regularly provide updates on work progress, obstacles and blockers, and overall performance with execution and progress toward delivery, complies with internal procedures for status updates
  • Document, monitor and track project timelines in team tools (Salesforce, project management tool, CODA)
  • Keep internal stakeholders and the executive leadership team informed of project status updates and key issues that may impact project completion
  • Work closely with operations, engineering and product teams to align scope, technical mapping, and business requirements with development sprint planning and design

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience managing healthcare, technology and/or software engineering projects
  • 3+ years of experience managing technology implementation projects in the healthcare sector
  • Experience in healthcare administrative workflow redesign a plus (insurance claims, verification, revenue cycle, supply chain, pharmacy, etc.)
  • Expert experience understanding and documenting customer requirements and specifications
  • Excellent cross-team communicator
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision in a fast paced, high-growth organization
  • Comfortable suggesting areas for improvement and willingness to lead improvement initiatives
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex issues to varying audiences and levels
  • Excellent analytical and facilitation skills with the ability to interpret and anticipate customer needs in order to develop clear and attainable goals, objectives and execution of project plans
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Outstanding team player with the ability to coordinate people
