Job Description

As a Onboarding Coach, your role is to ensure successful client onboarding and adoption of our amazing products. You will equip Advisors to effectively utilize the solution and recognize the value we bring, helping solidify that this is a solution that they can’t live without. Our Onboarding team is empowering the world to invest fearlessly by delighting customers, helping them adopt Riskalyze, and celebrating some early engagement victories. By the time each Advisor graduates from onboarding, they will know the path to success and the resources Riskalyze has available to help them get there.
Objectives
- Master the Riskalyze product(s) that you are responsible for, becoming a go-to person within the team for product questions, best practices, etc
- Monitor new customer product adoption (first 90-day customer lifecylce). Address any open issues to ensure timely resolution and provide a great customer experience.
- Prepare for and onboard clients, tweaking the approach and content to meet their specific needs.
- Maximize renewals for the customers entrusted to your care (straight retention).
- Discover growth opportunities and work with teammates in Sales (net retention).
- Proactively monitor and challenge customers to become successful with Riskalyze (health).
- Set customers up for long-term success with Riskalyze.
- Collect customer success stories for Marketing.
- Provide valuable product ideas to the product team. You are the voice of the customer.
- Train and mentor new Onboarding Coaches
Requirements
- 2-3+ years’ onboarding/customer coaching experience or equivalent in a SaaS, Fintech or Wealth Management company, managing a high volume of accounts.
- Excellent critical thinking amp; time management skills; able to work with different department functions, breakdown problems and think through solutions.
- Have a strong knowledge of the customer journey.
- Speak the language of our core audiences: advisors, broker-dealers, corporate RIAs, custodians, clearing firms, asset managers, and compliance departments.
- Results oriented; able to accomplish both individual project and team goals.
- A passion for Customer Engagement and service mentality.
- Convey complicated information in written and verbal communication that is simple, clear, concise, professional, and friendly.
