Senior Project Manager with Master Control

Hawkins Point Partners has an immediate need on its (remote) Massachusetts team for a Senior Business Analyst with experience supporting Master Control eDHR system enhancements.The ideal candidate would have experience executing as a trusted advisor between business (drug manufacturing) and vendor to execute system enhancements and modifications.

Prior Master Control experience and/or extensive work in manufacturing Quality/QMS. The project objective is to create and deliver an easy-to-audit record of proper handling in the drug manufacturing process. Must be able to gather and document system requirements, along with strong customer service skill.

Requirements

1. PM/BA with a strong QMS background (prior MasterControl experience a big plus)
2. Ability to elicit requirements from end users and document those requirements
3. Experience working with vendors on previous application enhancement efforts to foster a better user experience
4. Ability to function as the PM to manage the enhancement project.
5. Expertise with the quality process is a must.
