Aetos Systems is currently searching for a Team Leader. The candidate will oversee and manage the full and vast on-site and remote information technology (IT) end user support services to CEC supported customers. The Team Leader roles and responsibility shall include but not limited to :
• Plan, organize and instruct contractor personnel on administrative, supply and technical functions, work techniques, and procedures.
• Determine and monitor contractor personnel requirements, establish work priorities, organize work schedules, assign duties, and instruct personnel on special requirements and high priority workloads.
• Assist in the investigation and determination of cause for lost, damaged, and destroyed supply items.
• Manage the inventory management process for storage and distribution actions associated with Hot Spare Loaner Program.
• Provide Weekly Operational status reports and present during weekly status meetings.
Requirements
Minimum Education/Experience:
• BS/BA Degree• Three (3) years of relevant experience performing Team Leader role and responsibilities listed above with three (3) years in a supervisory role.
