Join a successful patient care-centered general practice in Columbia, Tennessee. The hiring doctor is seeking a general practice dentist with 1-5 years of experience or is a new graduate. However, candidates with more than 5 years of experience may also be considered. The owner is committed to helping the hired associate gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. The practice has a great family-friendly reputation within its communities and the hiring doctor is seeking an individual who will fit the family-family culture and values honesty. The practice has three (3) separate locations in Columbia, Collinwood, and Lawrenceburg, TN. The Columbia office is approximately 3,600 square feet and the practice currently has 7 equipped operatories. The new associate will be working from 2 operatories. The practice has 6 hygienists which work from 4 hygiene operatories. Technology in the practice includes CADCAM, laser, CBCT, and PIEZOTOME. The associate may have the potential to buy in with the practice.
The practice does not currently refer out any procedures, and the hiring doctor is open to the associate performing whatever procedures they enjoy and feel comfortable with. In addition to a complete array of general dental treatments, the practice also offers TruDenta pain relief, Invisalign, Lumibrite, Snap-on Smile, crowns, veneers, and root canals.
