We’re looking for a professional who can quickly absorb and retain product knowledge. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is a must. Our goal is to provide the best applicable solutions to help grow a customer’s business while adding valuable services. Successful sales representatives will handle inbound business calls to assist and resolve issues, as well as perform account reviews to upgrade existing equipment, add new lines of service and provide other business applicable solutions.

Requirements
- 1+ years of sales experience preferred
- Call center experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
- Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
- Knowledge of Mobility and Data products preferred
- Wireless, telecom, or technology sales experience preferred
- High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree preferred
