This project is looking for Tier 1, with potential for Tier 2, Customer Service experts to provide ticket, chat, and phone support.
We will be providing support through Zendesk to users who have any questions about the product, returns, promotions, etc. The majority of the work will be ticket and chat support. We will also provide phone support, although their phone volume is very low.
This requires professional level English speakers.
Hours/Availability Needed (all times Pacific):Monday - Friday: 8 am - 2 pmSaturday - Sunday: 7 - 10 am The Ideal Candidate:
- Is extremely empathetic.
- Believes the customer is always right.
- Has very strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Is able to quickly learn new information and put it into action.
- Bonus points if you have Shopify experience!
