Magic Spoon reimagines your favorite childhood breakfast cereals into a high-protein, low-carb, guilt-free daily indulgence.

Since launching in April 2019, we've quickly become one of the fastest growing DTC brands. Forbes called us "the future of cereal", and TIME Magazine named us in their Top 100 inventions of 2019.

We're looking for a data-driven and creative rockstar who's excited to learn about growth marketing. This will be a full-time summer internship starting in May 2021, with the potential for a full-time employment opportunity (for recent graduates) or continuation into a part-time internship during the school year.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Growth team in various marketing operations and analytics processes, including but not limited to: managing web pages and promo codes for influencer partners, owning sample shipments, aiding A/B testing, drafting up social media ads, and general project managing
• Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas for how to market Magic Spoon to potential customers
• Discovering new potential partners (podcast, YouTube channels, Instagram / TikTok creators) for Magic Spoon
• Communicating with brand partners and helping build strong long term relationships
• Sourcing and vetting new growth opportunities

Requirements

• Current undergraduate student
• Analytical, structured thinker who is comfortable with numbers and has Excel experience
• Clear, proactive communicator and a detail-oriented, organized thinker
• A highly organized doer with an exceptional ability to multitask, who will take initiative and execute
• Enthusiasm for Magic Spoon and passion for learning about growth marketing
• Scrappiness, "no task too small" attitude, and bias towards action and problem solving
• Being located in NYC (and ability to come into our office in Tribeca) is a plus
