Detroit Labs OnSite is looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to join one of our existing development teams. As a Delivery Lead, you will assess and mitigate risk, remove roadblocks for the team, and serve as a primary contact throughout a project. You will combine project management, client management, scrum master, and business analyst responsibilities to oversee a project to delivery. You will maintain client and internal team expectations, provide partners with relevant project information, and use metrics to motivate changes.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Project Management / Account Management / Delivery Lead experience
- Experience breaking down work into user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements and tasks
- Experience using data analyzation and visualization to monitor project risks and issues, leading risk mitigation and resolution efforts to limit risks and issue escalation
- Experience seeking out and removing impediments for a project team
- Experience fostering a healthy team environment that involves everyone collaborating toward a shared outcome
- Skilled in scheduling, meeting facilitation, coaching, team leadership and delegation
- Experience reporting out project status to relevant stakeholders using their preferred communication styles and methods
- Experience in providing positive and constructive team and performance feedback, as well as celebrating successes
- Experience working with technical team members to align production vision with technical implementation

- The salary for this role is between $70,000 and $110,000 commensurate with experience
