The Role

Rokt is scaling quickly and building a world-class People function that will support its growth. The VP, Talent Acquisition role will play a critical part in that journey by designing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy that emphasizes candidate experience and hiring team collaboration. Further, this person will build a global talent attraction strategy that ensures we are able to bring the best people into the business. This role is perfect for someone who loves to build; be it the team, the strategy, or the process. There is a huge opportunity for someone to come in and build from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • You will be the first person in this role. As such, you will define and implement the overall team strategy and operating model.
  • You will evaluate all of our current processes and redefine how Rokt recruits.
  • You will design the analytics dashboard we use to track performance and will play a major role in designing how we capacity plan.
  • You will design and build the recruitment marketing engine.
  • You will enable managers on best practices in interviewing and launch a structured interview program.
  • As a critical member of the People Leadership team, you will contribute to the defining the broader HR strategy and operating model. As that model evolves during this period of rapid growth the exact responsibilities of the role may change over time.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and running high performance TA teams
  • Hands-on experience implementing a new ATS (ideally bolted onto Workday)
  • Experience designing recruiting processes (both technical and non)
  • Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
  • Strong team management and people development skills
  • Deep knowledge of talent market in New York is a must. Global experience is a strong plus
