Requirements
A day in the life of our Andrologists
Spring Fertility provides exceptional patient care and our Andrologists are essential to establishing an excellent experience for all our patients.
Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conduct semen analysis, including strict morphology and sperm antibody screening
- Prepare semen for intrauterine insemination and in vitro fertilization procedures
- Sterilization of lab and equipment
- Cryopreservation, thawing of sperm and testicular tissue
Our ideal candidate has:
- A Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences
- Familiar with the lab environment
- Comfortable engaging professionally with patients
