Job Description

Revegy, the pioneer and leader in visual sales effectiveness technology, is looking for an enthusiastic, talented, and hardworking UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet clients’ needs. This position will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. Reports to the Director of Product Management.

This role requires an analytical and creative designer who is able to anticipate and grasp user needs and solve problems. Ultimately, the UX Designer will make the Revegy product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.

Job Functions

  • Taking ideas and problems and turn them into something useful and valuable for our users.
  • Conduct user studies to develop insightful user personas and create a user journey maps, interaction models, storyboards, and solution portfolios.
  • Interview key stakeholders and contribute to the strategy development.
  • Creation of visual designs for user interfaces and documentation of UI guidelines.
  • Create UI concepts and prototypes.
  • Collaborate on UX planning with Key Stakeholders (project manager, developers, product owners, etc.), and then work closely with a SCRUM Team using Agile methodology.
  • Create multiple design comps developed from discovery sessions with the client.
  • Build and test wireframes.
  • Research and evaluate innovative technologies across web and mobile platforms.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Understand Revegy’s (application) user persona, job activities, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creating innovative and intuitive user interfaces with very good knowledge of design processes and UX/UI design (including design thinking, usability evaluation, use cases, user scenarios, user journeys and wire framing).
  • Degree in communication-design, media-design or a similar field.
  • Proven success at driving products through concept, wire framing, and visual design phases while working within an agile development team.
  • Extensive and practical experience in responsive web design projects.
  • Experience with design tools like Sketch, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe Photoshop and Marvel. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Analytical thinker with logical problem-solving skills from a design perspective.
  • Ability to create and then take a visual design concept and translate it into an implementation-ready design for any platform.
  • Extensive research experience (i.e. competition, ideas, trends).
  • Collaborative team player that works equally well independently.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills to clearly articulate ideas, designs, and questions.
  • Open to new ideas with a passion for digital trends and web technologies.
  • Willingness to jump in and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working in a similar role within a sales solutions company
  • Knowledge and experience in current technology trends and tools·
  • Experience working with sales solutions and CRM tools (i.e. Microsoft, SAP, and Salesforce)
