We are in search for a Provider Account Manager/ Workforce Management Associate who will be responsible for delivering front-line and back-end support for remote providers across the US to ensure provider retention, and appropriate staffing levels. Responsibilities
  • Acting as the first point of contact for your network of Babylon clinicians and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Building strong relationships with your cohort of clinicians in order to help boost engagement, productivity, job satisfaction and ensure maximum retention
  • Entering, managing, and maintaining clinician shifts inputted into our scheduling system and running quality checks to ensure flawless accuracy of any schedule change
  • Ensuring KPIs around wait times are achieved by ensuring schedules are accurately and efficiently filled and managed
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day issues with the schedule including last minute urgent operational issues
  • Managing high-pressure situations such as last-minute cancellations on the schedule and sourcing additional capacity for these gaps
  • Taking ownership of any issues that come your way in order to provide our providers a support experience that goes beyond their expectations
  • Documenting and optimizing processes and systems to support clinician and schedule management
  • Assisting in all areas that contribute to the efficiency, engagement, and performance of Babylon's clinical workforce
Qualifications
  • 1- 3 years of experience working in a workforce management, account management, recruitment or similar operational roles
  • Proficient computer skills, (simultaneous use of multiple tools and platforms)
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change in accordance with business priorities
  • Highly resourceful self-learner, with the ability to operate effectively independently - forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask, keen attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines
  • Interest in healthcare and technology
