Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist who would like to be an integral part of our operations team and make an impact on the lives of the clients they serve.

Streamline has been operating for 22 years and we currently manage over $200MM of clients assets. We are a team of 1 Client Service Associate, 1 Administrative Assistant and 4 Financial Planners.

Our mission is to remove the worry that comes with money and investing. We do this through wise planning principles and incorporating both the emotional and spiritual part of our client's lives when planning for their future.

The Client Service Specialist will work closely with the advisors, and operations team.

What you will be doing:

  • Meeting Prep and Post Meeting Follow Up- 40%
    • Preparing for meetings and completing post-meeting tasks.
  • Scheduling- 20%
    • Managing the calendar and scheduling for 4 advisors.
    • Client Communication
  • Paperwork amp; Forms 20%
    • Prepare and process account-related paperwork and client accounts
    • Address and bene audits
    • CRM mgmt
    • Interface with client third party administrators, custodians, and broker-dealers
  • Compliance-10%
    • Licensing amp; CE
  • Assist other team members- 10%
    • Phones help when needed
    • Planning Software Management
