Cprime is on the hunt for a DevOps Solution Architect to join our Corporate and Product Growth team! We are looking for a high-energy, experienced, tech-savvy DevOps Solution Architect who will coach our clients in the proper application of practices, processes, and technology in delivering fully automated software delivery. This position will report to the VP of Product and Corporate Growth and work with our Fortune 1000 clients coaching executives, directors, and technical staff in Private/Public Cloud and Continuous Integration/Delivery/Deployment. Responsibilities:
- Work with clients in architecting appropriate software delivery methods including Source Code Management, Automated Build / Deployment, Test Automation, Artifact Management, Infrastructure Automation, Application monitoring/auditing
- Support assessments, proof of concept/pilot delivery, presentation delivery, and executive meetings
- Provide Knowledge Transfer to the client to help skill up internal team members on delivered solutions
- Manage the software development process and create an automated delivery pipeline that assists in building software more efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with more than 10 years of experience in DevOps and Engineering
- Several years of work experience with customers implementing Continuous Integration or Delivery based solutions
- Prior experience with infrastructure management, monitoring, architecting, and automating cloud-native technologies, deploying applications, and provisioning infrastructure.
- Experience architecting cloud-native CI/CD workflows and tools, such as Jenkins, Bamboo, TeamCity, Code Deploy (AWS), and/or GitLab.
- Experience implementing and designing cloud-native security concepts, DevSecOps or MLOps.
- Experience with monitoring and log aggregating frameworks such as Kafka, Logstash, Splunk, ElasticSearch, and Kibana.
- Able to analyze and review current environments to determine potential areas of improvement
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicatewith internal and external customers
- Strong work ethic with good time management and the ability to work with diverse teams
- Ability to present, facilitate, and influence at all levels including C-suite and Board members
- Ability to lead effectively across organizations and engagements
- Ability to partner with business owners and technology teams to ensure that processes and procedures are highly automated, efficient, and fault-tolerant
Nice to have:
- Preference for Certification by Cloud Providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google).
- Preference for Gitlab, AWS, ADO Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect Pro, DevOps Engineer Pro, SysOps Admin, Developer Associate.
