Job Description
Overline is a blockchain protocol that enables applications built for truly decentralized finance (DeFi), including Overline’s custom, peer-to-peer exchange platform the Interchange. Overline core technology connects disparate blockchains, like Bitcoin and Ethereum, into a unified multichain, capable of interoperability and cross-chain communication, all powered by a mineable network and not centralized validators, APIs, or oracles.
With no accounts, no wrapped tokens, no personal data, and no exchange/liquidity fees, the Interchange is a first of its kind platform that allows anyone, anywhere to trade wherever and whenever they want.

About the Role
Marketing amp; PR Interns at Overline will be working for 15-30 hours per week on critical projects to convey the core mission and values of the Overline network and it’s products, including the Interchange.
Responsibilities
- Assist with multi-channel marketing strategies to promote virtual events and product launches
- Conduct industry research to develop media lists with key contacts in the blockchain, telecommunications, and real estate industries
- Pitching Overline over phone and email to media vendors and partners
- Research and create content for Overline’s blogs and social media
- Assisting in writing publish-ready press releases
- Working with publicists of all levels
- Assisting with other special projects and events as needed
Requirements
- Energetic and creative mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media (even if it’s your own!) i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, amp; LinkedIn
- Passionate about marketing, technology, and blockchain
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent team and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and execute multiple projects concurrently
