Job Description

Confiant is a cybersecurity company that protects publishers and ad platforms from malicious actors and puts the control back in their hands to ensure the ads delivered to a website are safe and secure. Our sole purpose is to rid the world of cybercriminals, bad actors, and malware.

Confiant is hiring a Marketing Manager to support our growing team. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, Operations and Customer Success teams to create and optimize cross-channel funnels, campaigns, and engagement tactics that attract high-intent audiences and drive customer acquisition. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this person will be key in creating marketing, communications materials and content for sales and CS, and distributing those materials to internal and external audiences across channels. The Marketing Manager will be the point person for internal and external communications and event planning.


Some of the exciting work you'll be involved with:

  • Own the coordination for, and execution of, all marketing and sales enablement projects including email, events, webinars, form capture, nurturing, and lead lifecycle
  • Own list building to establish our target accounts and contact lists for SDR outreach
  • Define and implement marketing operations best practices as they relate to all the marketing functions digital, content marketing, demand generation, events, webinars, the website, and sales development. Lead and grow the sales and marketing analytics function, identifying key metrics across the funnel, and delivering actionable insights on our marketing performance and contribution to the sales pipeline.
  • Help us with growing and building our culture tools - We have game nights, an intranet and slack channels (even one for pets!) galore. We want you to have fun with them and drive internal adoption
  • Take on Market research projects as needed to develop a better understanding of our audience and develop marketing messaging
  • Become a key member of the marketing team on strategy, execution, and customer journey improvement
  • Help drive growth and market share expansion while developing a full year growth plan with the leadership team
  • Deliver ongoing analytics and reporting using Salesforce, Hubspot and Google tools to provide insights on target segmentation for better campaign decision making.
  • Partner closely with marketing and sales leadership to maintain and continually improve our target account list, the foundational piece that enables our Account-Based Marketing strategy.
  • Support the marketing planning effort by providing performance insights to help set and manage budgets, establishing KPIs and reporting on progress against goals.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying opportunities product lines and/or services to deliver new engagements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of B2B SaaS marketing operations, or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in AdTech
  • 2+ years working with hyper-growth startups or teams, who have undergone rapid changes to their go-to-market plans.
  • 2+ years experience with Marketing Automation tools/CRM and marketing tools required: HubSpot, Pardot and/or Salesforce
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with an understanding of public relations
  • History of contributing toward an organization's social media presence and employer brand.
  • Excellent writing skills and proven track record of developing compelling marketing materials.
  • Outstanding communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization.
  • Passion for performing marketing research and keeping up to date on industry trends.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite tools, including Google Docs, Google Sheets and Google Slides.
  • Deadline-driven and not afraid to push for time adherence.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of independence.
