Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Manager, Digital Marketing who will own the overall strategy and execution of our digital marketing programs to drive top-line growth. You will manage an array of programs that effectively reach ActionIQ’s different buyer personas and drive those individuals through the marketing and sales funnel. You will work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure programs are timely, creative, measurable, flawlessly executed, and drive revenue.

Reporting to the Head of Demand Generation, the ideal candidate will be a self-starter that can hit the ground running and leverage their experience to build out a stronger digital presence for ActionIQ. A successful candidate will be analytical, results-driven, sales-focused, have an understanding of marketing systems, and be able to balance testing new digital marketing strategies and tactics with scaling the programs that work effectively, all in an effort to achieve the best results for the business. This role will sit in our NYC HQ.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage ActionIQ’s digital program across all channels including SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Review Sites, etc to drive net new leads, pipeline and overall ROI on campaigns
  • Own content syndication program with third party publishers to drive top of funnel
  • Weave in account-based marketing into digital marketing efforts, ensuring that our core target accounts, industries and personas are being reached
  • Constantly test amp; learn across all digital channels, working with content marketing and design to ensure adequate flow of content and creative
  • Manage and enhance overall marketing database, as well as any third party data we get from tools used to monitor engagement; implement and manage lead scoring, and ensure overall organization of leads
  • Build KPI framework to measure, analyze and report on the impact of digital marketing activities on MQLs, Pipeline Generated, SQLs and ACV.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure ActionIQ website is updated on a regular basis, leveraging the best technologies and most importantly optimizing for driving and closing pipeline
  • Ensure that we have the appropriate tech stack and all systems are fully integrated to allow for complete measurement (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Splash, etc.)
  • Help with managing the full lifecycle of leads across the various funnel stages and operational processes from top of funnel programs to lead nurturing

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in a fast-paced marketing environment, preferably in B2B enterprise marketing tech industry
  • Proven track record of successfully building digital marketing programs and measuring and improving the effectiveness of these efforts at each level of the funnel (Reach, MQL, Opportunities)
  • Knowledge of ABM and how it can be woven into digital marketing efforts to ensure reach across core target audiences.
  • Expert in list management, cleansing, segmentation and targeting; lead scoring and nurture programs
  • Hands-on experience with Hubspot and Salesforce for marketing automation and lead management; as well as LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads, and Google Analytics for paid advertising and measurement.
  • Big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail; ability to understand the overall business and marketing strategy, translate that into a digital marketing strategy and then execute with precision and accuracy
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectiveness of marketing campaigns across the business and provide recommendations for pipeline growth
  • Excellent planning, project management, prioritization, and presentation skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced work environment, while juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands
