Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support Sales Implementation Team to effectively manage deliverables and meet critical deadlines
- Prepare for and attend team meetings
- Perform routine administrative and operational duties to support overall team success
- Prepare, circulate and follow up on captive implementation related documents
- Review captive implementation related documents to confirm accuracy and completion
- Maintain case tracking databases (i.e., Salesforce) and client files)
- Complete routine sales implementation projects as assigned
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Underwriting teams and interact with Partners, Clients and Service Providers to help drive successful project completion
Requirements
- 1-3 years’ experience in work environment
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred; Associates Degree Acceptable. Looking for area of emphasis in Business Management or Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or similar
