Our Operations team is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work in our Configuration team to support new and existing programs. The right candidate will work closely with internal teams including other Operations team members, Client teams, Experience Design, Project Management, Technology, and Product teams. The focus of this role will be to learn and implement multiple channel communications including digital, email, IVR, and SMS. This position will execute client program set-up as well as manage ongoing program changes using Icario systems and established processes. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the aptitude to help drive overall operations performance goals forward by focusing on process improvements and flawless execution. In this position you will report into our Principal Operations Specialist.

• Collaborate and build strong working relationships with internal teams
• Work with the Configuration team to successfully build, QC, and deploy client programs in multiple channels including digital, IVR, email, and SMS setups
• Ongoing documentation of processes and communication to other teams on updates and changes
• Participate in broader channel discussions and enhancements to ensure an omnichannel member experience
• Identify operational improvement opportunities, share feedback and assist in executing improvements
• When issues arise, take ownership of the situation and work with internal teams and vendors to understand the root cause, impact and solutions
• Listen, resolve problems, and deal with unresolved issues, delays, and unexpected events in a professional manner

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant operations experience in a technology-enabled engagement space
• Creative problem solver who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrated experience applying innovative approaches and ideas

• Ability to interact, negotiate, and influence at any level of an organization
• Natural curiosity and a drive to understand complex concepts and systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic Project Management principles/skills a plus
• Experience in Healthcare space preferred
• Experience with Workfront and Jira work management tools is a plus
