Come join our Mix Team and try out some amazing food!

Kitchen United Mix will be hosting an open interview hiring event on Wednesday 3/31. Interviews will be held on a first come, first serve basis for all food service and hospitality workers. We are so excited to see all your smiling faces!

Please report to 205 W Wacker Suite 100 in Downtown Chicago at 2:00pm-5:00pm CST.

Pay: $18/hour

As part of the highly collaborative Kitchen United MIX Team, you’ll exemplify the company’s United Best traits and help provide great service to guests and restaurant members. You’ll continuously be in the MIX , learning and in the process, find many MIX opportunities to grow your MIX career. You’ll be presented with lots of exciting MIX opportunities to cross-train and tackle various roles on the MIX team, and even help open new MIX locations nearby. No matter what your MIX day-to-day responsibilities are, you’ll play an integral role in delighting our guests and MIX restaurant members every day.

Responsibilities

  • Drive results and engagement by coaching Team Members
  • Coordinating the timely and accurate completion of the team’s regular tasks, providing coaching, feedback and support where necessary.
  • Assist with new team member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving feedback that is both direct and will continue to challenge team members to go above and beyond.
  • Reinforce a positive team environment, recognizing and communicating changes in morale or performance to the Head of Operations.
  • Take an active approach and assist with maintaining a functional facility by addressing maintenance issues and dispatching for support when required.
  • Ensure centers is clean, tidy amp; safe environment during each shift.
  • Anticipate customer amp; driver needs by regularly evaluating environment and responding as necessary.

  • Have a customer-comes-first attitude and build a collaborative relationship with all kitchen members.

  • Communication is key so if you have great verbal and written skills. Bring It!
