Who We’re Hiring:
We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager eager to work in a startup environment. The Senior Business Analyst will work cross-functionally across the organization leading a team of Product, Process Improvement, Integration, and Data talent in support of our departments and team leads.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership skills (both direct and influential), Project Management and Documentation experience, a strong understanding of software development cycles, and a bias towards action and accountability.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in a technology enabled business environment (Healthcare a plus)
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Strong business fundamentals, KPI management, data analysis skills
- Due to Healthcare Data Requirements, you must be in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Support and align efforts between cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate Subject Matter Expertise and document product and business needs into specifications and SOPs.
- Lead or participate in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing project scope; adjusting schedules when necessary; determining daily priorities; and ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of project tasks and milestones.
- Identify and promote opportunities for improvement in process, data management, resource allocation, prioritization, and delivery. Effectively execute Ride Health's strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to implement requirements, manage schedules, and provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
- Hold teams accountable for execution of deliverables; Create and nourish an environment of accountability.
- Monitor industry and regulatory trends against business results to identify the need for change.
- Monitor project costs and expenses to ensure that financial assumptions/plan are realized.
- Promote a culture of energy and commitment that stretches teams to excel.
