COMPANY OVERVIEW

At Demo Duck, we help businesses create video content for any mission. Our videos tell stories, educate customers, explain the complex, and humanize brands. We’re a small, creative crew based in West Town (with many of us working from home at the moment), and we’ve produced hundreds of videos for everyone from startup founders to the Fortune 500.

Whether it's properly taking the reins on a large multi-video project with an ongoing client, supporting teammates with their productions, or finding a creative solution to stay within budget, this Junior Producer must stay level-headed, upbeat, and enjoy finding creative solutions to sticky situations. A majority of their projects would be higher volume video series work with the potential to take on larger budget single video projects as they move up in the organization (and as needed).

• Run effective client and creative meetings and calls
• Clearly communicate ideas and feedback between clients and creatives
• Have an intimate understanding of your clients and their objectives
• Confidently push back on clients and creatives when necessary
• Be able to tackle multiple tasks on set (AC, PA, talent wrangler, etc.)
• Juggle multiple videos (12+) and competing priorities
• Execute on a production plan and schedule developed with teammates
• Maintain strong, personal relationships and build trust

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree (desired but not required)
  
• 1-2 years of experience as a producer, account manager, product manager, or related position
• On-set video production experience a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Confident personality with a sense of humor
• Proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, and Slack (or applicable messaging channel)
• Experience with Basecamp and Airtable a plus
