We are looking for highly ambitious individuals to join our insurance operations team in our Lockport, NY office! We are in hyper-growth mode and have aggressive goals to scale our team. How you’ll make an impact:
- Assist members by seamlessly binding policies on behalf of our carriers
- Respond to inquiries and maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional manner at all times
- Identify areas of improvement within our customer service process
- Give recommendations to current policy holders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- Some internship or customer service experience
- Prioritizes and organizes multiple tasks well
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing
- Able to creatively solve problems
