You will work closely with the Global Legal team.

As the legal team supports the global business, you will also be prepared to assist on global commercial matters where required.

Marketing: You will also support the Legal Counsel (UK) and Head of Legal (Commercial and Intellectual Property) in their review of global marketing and advertising assets including the review of product packaging, social media assets, tv commercials, website copy, blog posts and marketing emails.

Compliance: You will also lead on implementing training sessions to educate the North America office. This will include policies such as, anti-bribery, privacy and anti-trust laws, and deliver bespoke training to the relevant teams using template legal agreements e.g., influencer/retailer agreements.
