Detailed Description
• Act as a functional analyst for Blue Yonder WMS, WLM and/or TMS solution.
• Play SMEs for functional areas.
• Engage with business teams to collect their requirements and configure the Blue Yonder System or share requirements for other team members to configure to support the business needs
• Assess processes, determine requirements, document Data driven recommendations.
• Use process, products, services, and technology to improve efficiencies and effectiveness
• Develop business cases working with business users.
• Capture and deliver the value proposition
• Act as change agent.
• Understand what matters most to the business and help the team prioritize accordingly
• Partner with the Enterprise Services team to maintain and optimize the data pipeline
• Build dashboards, reports, and processes for the business needs using Blue Yonder UI tools.
• Perform ad hoc analyses of varying depth to support strategic initiatives and answer questions arising in the day-to-day business
• Communicate and share your insightful analysis and recommendations to leaders and stakeholders based on the project scope.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years required; 5 years preferred of overseeing direction, development, and implementation of software solutions.
• 1 year required; 3 years preferred technical experience creating and delivering technology solutions.
• 1 year required; 3 years preferred working with core software applications for Warehouse and/or Transportation.
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years as a Blue Yonder Business Analyst in WMS, WLM and/or TMS applications; OR a High School Diploma and a combination of technical certification, 6+ years as a Blue Yonder Business Analyst in in WMS, WLM and/or TMS applications.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent skills and fluency with warehouse and/or Transportation processes.
• Evaluate new releases of Blue Yonder applications to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
• A genuine curiosity for how businesses works and how to make them grow.
• Ability to communicate complex data and concepts in ways that will resonate with leadership and the wider organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data from various sources to draw insights that inform strategy and prioritization.
• Participate in solution design and testing activities as needed.
• Continuous improvement and innovation on the Blue Yonder platform and its usage.
• Hands-on Blue Yonder configuration for WMS, WLM and/or TMS.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with stakeholders with minimal oversight or direction.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Experience in the Whole sale or Distribution industry.
• Experience with Blue Yonder Cloud.
• Experience with EDI transactions.
• Blue Yonder Functional or implementation certification for WMS, WLM and/or TMS.
