ABOUT THE JOB
BRON Digital, is a state-of-the-art virtual production and service company, that utilizes the Unreal Engine to develop and produce long-form animation for series television, short-form content, and motion pictures. This division leverages BRON’s extensive experience producing traditional CGI animation to apply and adapt the best practices of linear animation pipelines and marry those with Unreal Engine centered, virtual production workflows. The move allows BRON to broaden and expand its production and produce high quality content with much faster turnarounds.
The Interactive Game Producer knows the gaming world in and out, and has extensive experience in producing games. The ideal candidate will manage mobile projects from the development phase of the project until delivery. They will work closely with the EVP Digital and internal teams by providing clear guidelines and key success factors at all stages of development.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Requirements
Role amp; Responsibilities
- Manage the production of compelling, high-quality video games
- Plan, direct, and monitor the overall mobile game design direction and collaborate with each team to ensure all design, technical and narrative elements are aligned with the EVP Digital vision
- Initiate and track all production processes through direct management of a team of programmers
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones while safeguarding quality of work in accordance with pre-defined project schedule
- Develop and maintain project schedules for all functional areas of development
- Anticipate and mitigate future problems
- Assume the role of representing mobile projects internally and externally
- Contribute to improving the quality of our games, the productivity of our teams and the efficiency of our processes
- Engage production leadership and teams with a positive attitude that encourages collaboration
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and game design technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience as a Producer in the games industry
- Experience producing mobile game experience is a plus
- Have an amazing creative eye along with a Business mindset
- Ability to generate unique program ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and meet the project deadline
- Excellent relationships in the creative entertainment community
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proven successful management and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills and relationship building ability
- Team player who works well with others
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and high energy environment
